Vogt Mond 3/4-Inch Volume Control Trim TM.MX.01

The Vogt Mond 3/4-Inch Volume Control Trim brings a distinctive architectural detail to shower installations through its fluted design and choice of coordinated finishes. Created for bathroom applications, this trim provides the visible finishing component for a 3/4-inch volume control installation while adding texture and definition to the shower wall. Its clean form suits contemporary, transitional, and minimalist bathroom interiors.

This is a trim-only component and does not include the required VE.SV.01 valve. The compatible valve must be purchased separately to complete the volume control installation. This distinction is important when planning a new shower system or renovation, as the trim serves as the visible control component while the valve is required for the complete installation.

The Mond collection offers several finish configurations to coordinate the volume control trim with surrounding bathroom fixtures. Available options include Chrome, Matte Black, and Brushed Gold, along with combinations such as Chrome/Matte Black, Stainless Steel/Matte Black, Polished Nickel/Matte Black, and Brushed Gold/Matte Black. These choices allow the trim to either blend with existing hardware or create a contrasting accent around the control area.

Chrome provides a bright, reflective appearance that works across both contemporary and more traditional bathroom settings. Matte Black introduces a stronger contrast and pairs naturally with modern fixtures. Brushed Gold offers a warmer decorative appearance for bathrooms incorporating gold-toned hardware. Depending on the selected configuration, accent colours can be matched or contrasted with the primary finish to highlight the fluted detailing. Actual accent colours may vary slightly from images or finish samples.

Handle selection adds another layer of design flexibility. The Moon handle presents a smooth contemporary expression, while the Crescent handle introduces a more sculptural appearance. The Cross handle provides a traditional-inspired option. These handle styles allow the same volume control trim to be adapted to different bathroom design directions. Colour accents are sold separately.

The Vogt Mond 3/4-Inch Volume Control Trim is intended for bathroom shower applications and is classified as a valve and trim set component. Its certified standards include ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1 and ASSE 1016. When paired with the required VE.SV.01 valve and installed according to applicable plumbing requirements, the trim provides a finished control element for a coordinated shower system.

For new construction, bathroom renovations, luxury ensuites, or carefully coordinated shower designs, the Mond trim offers flexibility in finish, accent, and handle selection while maintaining the collection’s distinctive fluted character.
