Vogt Modena Pair of Kitchen Sink Bottom Grids BG.3218.M18P

The Vogt Modena Pair of Bottom Grids BG.3218.M18P provides two purpose-designed surfaces for compatible Modena kitchen sink configurations. Positioned inside the basin, the grids keep dishes, cookware, and other kitchen items slightly elevated from the sink floor, creating a more organized area for washing, rinsing, and meal preparation.

Supplied as a coordinated pair, these bottom grids are particularly suited to Modena sink configurations that require two separate grid sections.

Helps Reduce Direct Contact with the Basin

Pots, pans, plates, and other kitchenware can come into regular contact with the sink surface during everyday use. The Modena bottom grids create a raised layer between these items and the basin floor.

This separation helps reduce direct contact while providing dedicated resting surfaces for cookware and dishes. It can be especially useful when washing heavier items or temporarily holding several pieces of kitchenware during meal preparation and cleanup.

The paired arrangement also helps maintain an organized working area across the compatible basin.

Open Grid Design Supports Drainage

Keeping dishes and cookware above the basin floor allows water to move beneath them more freely. The open-grid construction supports drainage while leaving space for water to travel around items toward the sink drain.

This design is useful during everyday rinsing and washing, particularly when larger cookware might otherwise sit directly against the bottom of the basin.

By providing raised surfaces inside the sink, the grids add functionality without requiring additional countertop space.

Removable for Routine Sink Cleaning

The Vogt Modena bottom grids can be removed when access to the sink basin is needed for routine cleaning and maintenance.

Their removable format makes it easier to reach the surface beneath the grids and maintain the sink area as part of regular kitchen care. Once cleaning is complete, the grids can be returned to the basin for continued use.

Made for Compatible Vogt Modena Sinks

BG.3218.M18P is intended for compatible sinks within the Vogt Modena collection. It is a sink-specific accessory rather than a universal pair of bottom grids.

Because Modena sink configurations, dimensions, and basin layouts may vary, confirm compatibility before ordering. Checking the sink model is particularly important when replacing an existing grid set or completing a new installation.
