Aquabrass Montebello Wall Mount Lavatory Faucet 49029

The Aquabrass Montebello Wall Mount Lavatory Faucet provides a dedicated wall-mounted solution for bathroom vanity installations where the faucet is positioned directly through the wall rather than mounted on the basin deck. With solid brass construction and crystal clear water flow, model 49029 offers a straightforward configuration for residential bathroom projects requiring a separate lavatory fixture.

Its wall mount format can help keep the basin deck clear by moving the faucet installation point to the wall above or beside the washbasin. This arrangement can be useful when planning a vanity around a specific basin layout or when the plumbing configuration calls for a wall-mounted faucet. The design keeps the faucet visually separate from the lavatory surface while maintaining a direct connection to the basin area.

Solid brass construction provides the primary material specification for the Montebello faucet. The substantial brass build makes it suitable for regular bathroom use while providing a clearly defined fixture construction for renovation and new-build planning. Crystal clear water flow is another stated product feature, supporting direct water delivery at the lavatory.

Installation planning should account for the faucet’s 1/2 inch NPT female connection. This connection specification is important when coordinating the wall plumbing and related components. The rough-in is not included with the faucet and is identified separately as model 83029. Installers should therefore plan for the appropriate rough-in component as part of the complete installation.

The drain is also sold separately. As a result, the Montebello Wall Mount Lavatory Faucet should be considered an individual faucet component rather than a complete basin package. This allows the faucet to be coordinated with separately selected lavatory and drain components according to the requirements of the bathroom project.

For bathroom renovations, the wall-mounted configuration can provide greater flexibility when establishing the relationship between the faucet, basin, and surrounding vanity surface. It is particularly relevant to installations where the faucet position is determined by the wall plumbing and the intended basin arrangement.

With its wall-mounted installation format, solid brass construction, crystal clear water flow, and defined 1/2 inch NPT female connection, the Aquabrass Montebello 49029 provides the core specifications needed when planning a dedicated lavatory faucet installation. The separate rough-in and drain requirements should be considered when assembling the complete bathroom fixture setup.
