Three-function shower control gives you greater flexibility without filling the shower wall with unnecessary controls. The House of Rohl Ode™ 1/2″ Therm & Pressure Balance Trim with 3 Functions combines temperature memory, thermostatic and pressure balance control, and multi-function operation in a streamlined design suited to contemporary bathroom installations.

The control supports up to three functions, allowing two independent functions to operate separately or both at the same time. For a shower setup with a showerhead and handshower, you can use either one independently or operate both together. This flexibility makes it easier to tailor water delivery to different parts of your shower routine.

Flexible Three-Function Control

A key advantage of this shower control trim is its ability to manage multiple shower functions without requiring a separate shut-off or diverter valve. This reduces the number of controls needed on the wall and creates a cleaner overall installation.

The arrangement can accommodate showerhead and handshower configurations where independent control is desired. When both functions are needed simultaneously, the three-function capability provides the necessary flexibility within the compatible system.

Temperature Memory

The Ode™ control includes set it and forget it temperature memory. Once your preferred temperature setting is established, the memory feature is intended to retain that setting for convenient everyday use. This adds consistency to the shower experience while simplifying routine operation.

Thermostatic and pressure balance functionality is incorporated into the trim, providing the control interface for the compatible House of Rohl system.

Solid Brass Construction

Solid brass construction gives the trim a substantial material foundation while supporting long-lasting everyday performance. It also complements the refined appearance of the Ode™ collection.

Four finish options are available: Brushed Gold, Black, Brushed Nickel, and Chrome. These choices allow the control to coordinate with a range of bathroom hardware and fixture finishes.

Installation Details

All necessary mounting hardware is included with the trim, and the cartridge is supplied as part of the trim assembly. The required House of Rohl® R23 thermostatic and pressure balance rough-in valve must be ordered separately, so the rough-in component should be selected when planning the complete installation.

The compatible R23 rough-in valve supports a flow rate of 6.3 GPM / 24.9 LPM at 60 PSI. The trim and rough-in valve work together as part of the specified shower control system.
