Aquabrass Montebello Round Trim Set with 3-Way Non-Shared Diverter R9349

Independent control of three shower functions is at the heart of the Aquabrass Montebello R9349 Round Trim Set. This thermostatic shower trim features a 3-way non-shared diverter, providing a defined control arrangement for installations where water functions are routed independently rather than through shared operation. The result is a dedicated control solution for multi-function shower configurations.

The Montebello R9349 is constructed from solid brass, giving the trim a substantial material foundation for its bathroom application. Its round design forms part of the visible shower control area, while the included handles provide the operating components for the diverter arrangement. The set also includes a Fluehs diverter cartridge, giving customers and installers clear information about the supplied diverter hardware.

3-Way Non-Shared Diverter

The non-shared configuration distinguishes the R9349 from shared diverter arrangements. Its three-way design is intended for shower systems requiring independently routed water functions, allowing the control setup to correspond with a multi-function thermostatic installation.

For bathroom renovations and new construction projects, this configuration provides useful planning information when several shower functions need their own routing. The diverter control remains organised around a defined trim assembly rather than requiring separate visible controls for each specified function.

Solid Brass Construction

Solid brass construction is a key specification of the Montebello trim set. It identifies the material used for the trim and provides the substantial metal construction expected from the visible shower control hardware.

The supplied handles and Fluehs diverter cartridge form part of the control assembly. Having these components included helps clarify what is provided with the R9349 when selecting the remaining parts needed for a complete thermostatic shower installation.

CalGreen Compliance

The R9349 is specified as CalGreen compliant. This certification detail can be relevant when selecting plumbing fixtures for projects where CalGreen requirements form part of the product criteria. Applicable project requirements and installation standards should still be reviewed separately.

Valve Sold Separately

The R9349 is a trim set rather than a complete thermostatic valve package. The T12123 valve is not included, so customers and installers need to account for this separate component when planning the full shower system.

Separating the trim from the valve also makes it important to verify the complete component selection before installation. The appropriate valve and other shower components should be selected according to the intended system configuration and required water functions.
