Aquabrass Forum C9342 3-Way Non-Shared Thermostatic Valve Trim Set

Three-way shower control can provide a practical solution for bathroom installations that require multiple water paths to be managed independently. The Aquabrass Forum C9342 is a 3-way non-shared thermostatic valve trim set created for this type of shower configuration. It supplies the visible control components and includes a Fluehs diverter cartridge, while the required T12123 thermostatic valve is purchased separately.

The non-shared three-way configuration allows the shower system to be organized around three individual water paths or functions without shared operation. This makes the C9342 suitable for multi-function shower layouts where separate water outlets need to be controlled as part of the overall plumbing arrangement. Before installation, the valve, trim and other required plumbing components should be coordinated with the intended shower configuration.

Solid brass construction provides the trim set with a substantial material base for its visible shower control components. This construction is well suited to bathroom plumbing installations where durable brass hardware is specified. The Forum collection’s trim design also provides the functional controls required for the thermostatic valve and three-way diverter arrangement.

The C9342 includes handles, giving the installation its required visible control components without requiring these parts to be sourced separately. A Fluehs diverter cartridge is also included for the three-way diversion function. Together, these components establish the intended control configuration and help simplify planning for a compatible shower installation.

The thermostatic valve itself is not included. The C9342 is intended for use with the separately purchased T12123 valve, so the complete shower control assembly requires consideration of the appropriate valve and plumbing arrangement before installation begins. Confirming the required components in advance helps ensure the trim set and valve are planned correctly for the intended application.

The Aquabrass Forum C9342 is also identified as CalGreen compliant. Its finish is variable, so no specific finish should be assumed from the available product information.

For renovation or new construction projects, the C9342 provides a defined three-way non-shared thermostatic trim configuration while leaving the valve selection separate. This approach can be useful when the shower plumbing is being planned around a specific valve and diverter arrangement.
