Aquabrass CHICANE Square Round Trim Set for 5 Shut-Off Thermostatic Valve SR3519

The Aquabrass CHICANE SR3519 provides the visible trim and handle for shower installations built around a 5 shut-off thermostatic valve. Its square round profile gives the control area a distinctive geometric appearance, while solid brass construction establishes a clearly defined material specification for regular bathroom use.

5 Shut-Off Thermostatic Valve Configuration

The SR3519 is specifically intended for a 5 shut-off thermostatic valve arrangement. This configuration makes the trim set suitable for shower projects requiring a control layout based on five shut-off functions.

As a trim component, the SR3519 does not include the complete valve assembly. The Aquabrass T12005 valve must be purchased separately. An independent diverter or shut-off valve is also required for the installation, so these components should be considered when planning the complete shower system.

Solid Brass Construction

Solid brass construction provides the foundation of the CHICANE trim set. For a shower control that is handled during everyday use, the specified material offers customers a clear reference when comparing fixture components for bathroom renovations or new installations.

The brass construction also works with the clean geometry of the CHICANE design. Rather than relying on decorative detailing, the trim uses its square round form to create a defined appearance around the shower controls.

Square Round CHICANE Design

The CHICANE design combines square and round elements within the visible trim assembly. This gives the control area a structured appearance that can be coordinated with other plumbing fixtures and bathroom hardware.

The SR3519 is available in multiple finishes, allowing the trim to be selected according to the broader bathroom fixture scheme. Available options include Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Brushed Black Chrome, Polished Nickel, Black, Brushed Nickel, and Polished Chrome.

Having several finish choices allows homeowners, designers, and contractors to select the version that best corresponds with the other visible hardware and plumbing fixtures used in the bathroom.

Included Handle and Installation Planning

A handle is included with the trim set, providing the visible operating component associated with the control assembly. The supplied handle forms part of the trim package, while the T12005 thermostatic valve remains a separate component.

For renovation or new-build projects, it is important to account for the required valve and independent diverter or shut-off valve separately. The SR3519 should therefore be specified as the trim portion of the shower control system rather than as a complete valve package.
