Aquabrass Ariston Round 2-Way Non-Shared Diverter Trim Set R9247BBC

The Aquabrass Ariston R9247BBC is a round trim set created for thermostatic shower installations that require independent control of two water outlets. Its 2-way non-shared diverter allows users to direct water to one outlet at a time, providing a practical control arrangement for custom shower configurations.

Unlike a shared diverter, the non-shared configuration is intended to operate the connected outlets independently rather than combining their water flow. This makes the trim suitable for applications where two shower functions need separate selection. Depending on the compatible thermostatic valve and plumbing arrangement, the two outlets may include a showerhead and hand shower or other compatible shower components. The dedicated control arrangement helps keep operation straightforward while maintaining a clean appearance on the finished wall.

The Ariston Collection’s round design gives the trim a balanced, understated appearance. Smooth circular lines provide a softer alternative to angular shower hardware and can complement contemporary, transitional, and luxury bathroom interiors. The compact visual profile works particularly well in walk-in showers, custom residential bathrooms, and renovation projects where the visible controls need to coordinate with surrounding tile, stone, and bathroom fixtures.

A Brushed Black Chrome finish gives the R9247BBC a distinctive dark metallic appearance. Its brushed surface creates a more subdued visual effect than highly polished finishes while adding contrast to the shower area. The finish can be coordinated with black, chrome, nickel, and mixed-metal fixtures, as well as bathroom spaces incorporating dark accents, warm wood tones, or monochromatic materials.

The R9247BBC is a trim set intended for use with a compatible thermostatic valve and properly prepared plumbing components. The concealed valve is not identified as part of the supplied product information. For that reason, valve compatibility, outlet configuration, and installation requirements should be confirmed before purchase. Professional installation is recommended to ensure the visible trim, valve, and connected shower outlets function correctly together.

Its application extends across both new construction and bathroom renovation projects. The two-way non-shared arrangement is useful for shower layouts where separate control of two functions is required without introducing unnecessary visual complexity. Planning the plumbing configuration before installation can help ensure the selected outlets correspond correctly with the thermostatic valve and diverter controls.

The Ariston Collection is also available in several additional finishes, including Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Black, Polished Nickel, Brushed Gold, and Polished Gold. These choices provide flexibility when coordinating the shower trim with faucets, bathroom accessories, lighting, cabinet hardware, and other visible elements within the room.

With its independent two-outlet control, round profile, and Brushed Black Chrome finish, the Aquabrass Ariston R9247BBC provides a coordinated trim solution for compatible thermostatic shower systems. Its practical diverter configuration and restrained styling make it suitable for carefully planned Canadian bathroom installations.
