Aquabrass Ariston Floor-Mount Tub Filler with Handshower 47085BBC

The Aquabrass Ariston Floor-Mount Tub Filler with Handshower, model 47085BBC, provides a practical fixture solution for freestanding bathtub installations where a wall-mounted or deck-mounted faucet is not preferred. Its vertical floor-mounted configuration places the tub filler beside the bathtub while keeping the surrounding wall visually clear. This arrangement is particularly suitable for contemporary bathroom renovations, ensuite designs, and spacious soaking tub layouts.

An integrated handshower adds useful flexibility to the main tub filler. In addition to directing water into the bathtub, the handshower can assist with rinsing, bathing, and cleaning the tub surface. Having this function incorporated into the fixture provides another option for everyday bathing routines without requiring a separate wall-mounted handshower arrangement.

The floor-mount format is well suited to freestanding bathtubs because the faucet can be positioned beside the tub rather than attached directly to the bathtub deck or bathroom wall. This creates a defined bathing zone while allowing the fixture to remain visually separate from the tub itself. The vertical form can also contribute to the architectural character of the space without overwhelming the surrounding bathroom design.

Model 47085BBC is finished in Brushed Black Chrome, a dark metallic finish with a subtle brushed texture. Its appearance works with a range of contemporary colour palettes, including monochromatic black-and-white interiors, natural stone surfaces, wood tones, and other brushed metal accents. The finish can also be coordinated with modern faucets, shower fittings, cabinet hardware, lighting, and bathroom accessories where a consistent or intentionally mixed metal scheme is desired.

The Ariston collection offers a range of finish choices for coordinating bathroom fixtures. In addition to Brushed Black Chrome, the collection is available in Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Black, Polished Nickel, Brushed Gold, and Polished Gold. This variety allows the fixture to be selected according to the surrounding finishes and overall bathroom design.

For installation planning, the floor-mounted configuration requires attention to the bathtub position, floor construction, plumbing location, and applicable rough-in requirements. These details should be confirmed before installation to ensure that the selected location is appropriate for the fixture and bathtub arrangement. Professional installation is recommended for proper placement and support.

The Aquabrass Ariston Floor-Mount Tub Filler with Handshower is suited to homeowners, designers, and builders working on contemporary Canadian bathroom projects. Its combination of floor-mounted installation, integrated handshower functionality, and Brushed Black Chrome finish makes it appropriate for freestanding tub settings where the fixture needs to provide practical bathing functionality while contributing to a coordinated overall design.

With SKU 47085BBC, this Ariston tub filler offers a focused solution for bathrooms that require a floor-mounted fixture beside a freestanding bathtub. Its finish and configuration provide flexibility for modern renovation and new-build applications while maintaining a clean, considered appearance around the bathing area.
