Aquabrass Aria 2-Shut-Off Thermostatic Valve Round Trim Set R3248BBC

The Aquabrass Aria R3248BBC Round Trim Set is intended for shower installations using two shut-off thermostatic valve controls. Its dual-control configuration allows a shower system to accommodate separate shut-off control for multiple water outlets or functions, depending on the compatible valve and plumbing arrangement. The visible trim provides a finished appearance around the controls while helping maintain a consistent look throughout the shower area.

A round profile gives this Aria trim set a clean, structured appearance suited to contemporary bathroom environments. The circular form works particularly well with modern and minimalist interiors, while also complementing transitional spaces where softer geometric details are preferred. Its balanced design helps keep the shower control area visually organised without adding unnecessary complexity.

The R3248BBC model is finished in Brushed Black Chrome, offering a darker metallic appearance with subtle brushed detailing. This finish provides an alternative to traditional chrome and can coordinate with bathroom schemes featuring dark hardware, contemporary shower fittings, neutral tile, or other brushed metal elements. It can also support a monochromatic design approach where consistency between the shower controls and surrounding fixtures is important.

As part of the Aquabrass Aria Collection, the trim set can be coordinated with other bathroom fittings from the same design family. The collection is available in several finish options, including Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Black, Polished Nickel, Brushed Gold, and Polished Gold. The R3248BBC designation specifically identifies the Brushed Black Chrome version, making it easier to distinguish when coordinating finishes across a bathroom project.

The two-shut-off configuration is suited to shower systems that require independent control of multiple outlets. Depending on the compatible thermostatic valve and the overall system design, separate controls may be used for functions such as an overhead shower, hand shower, body sprays, or other water outlets. The exact functions are determined by the selected valve and plumbing configuration rather than the trim set alone.

R3248BBC is a trim set, so the concealed thermostatic valve body and other internal plumbing components must be selected separately. Before purchasing, compatibility with the existing or planned Aquabrass thermostatic valve system should be confirmed. Professional plumbing assistance may be appropriate where required for correct installation, alignment, and system operation.

The Aria Round Trim Set can be considered for new construction, bathroom renovations, and custom shower projects where a coordinated two-control arrangement is required. Its round form, Brushed Black Chrome finish, and dual shut-off configuration provide a practical finishing solution for contemporary shower spaces. By pairing the visible trim with the appropriate compatible thermostatic valve, homeowners, designers, and contractors can create a neatly organised control area that complements the broader bathroom design.
