Aquabrass Aria Round 2-Way Non-Shared Diverter Trim Set R9248BBC

Independent control of two shower functions makes the Aquabrass Aria Round Trim Set with 2-Way Non-Shared Diverter a practical choice for multi-function shower installations. Identified by SKU R9248BBC, this trim set is intended for use with a compatible Aquabrass thermostatic valve and provides a coordinated control point with a clean, contemporary appearance.

The 2-way non-shared diverter is designed to direct water independently between two outlets. Unlike a shared configuration, the selected function can operate separately rather than requiring both outlets to run together. This arrangement is useful for shower systems that include two compatible functions, such as a fixed showerhead and hand shower, body sprays, or another suitable water outlet. The exact outlet configuration depends on the complete thermostatic shower system and its selected rough-in components.

As part of the Aria Collection, the trim features a round profile with a simple, streamlined appearance. The circular design provides a softer alternative to square or strongly angular shower controls and can coordinate naturally with other rounded fixtures and bathroom accessories. Its restrained form works across modern, minimalist, and transitional interiors, making it suitable for a variety of residential bathroom projects.

The R9248BBC model is finished in Brushed Black Chrome. This dark metallic finish features a subtle brushed character that adds contrast and visual depth to the shower area. It can complement neutral tile, natural stone, concrete-inspired surfaces, wood tones, and other contemporary materials. When used alongside matching or complementary Aquabrass fixtures and accessories, the finish can help create a consistent design throughout the bathroom.

The trim set is intended for installation with the appropriate Aquabrass thermostatic valve and rough-in components. These concealed components are not identified as part of the trim set in the supplied information and may need to be purchased separately unless already included in the project specification. Before ordering, valve compatibility, outlet configuration, and installation requirements should be confirmed for the intended shower system.

Professional installation is recommended to help ensure correct alignment, connection, sealing, and operation. Selecting the appropriate valve and rough-in components as part of the complete system is important because the trim itself is intended to serve as the finished control interface rather than a complete concealed valve assembly.

The Aria collection offers the same trim style in several additional finishes, including Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Black, Polished Nickel, Brushed Gold, and Polished Gold. The R9248BBC specifically identifies the Brushed Black Chrome version.

For Canadian bathroom renovations, custom homes, condominium upgrades, and new construction, the Aquabrass Aria 2-Way Non-Shared Diverter Trim Set provides a combination of independent shower-function control and a coordinated architectural finish. Its two-way configuration supports personalised shower layouts while the round Aria styling maintains a clean, understated appearance.
