Aquabrass Alpha 4-Shut-Off Thermostatic Valve Trim Set SR3492BBC

The Aquabrass Alpha Square Round Trim Set is made for shower installations using a compatible four shut-off thermostatic valve. Model SR3492BBC brings together square and round geometric details with a Brushed Black Chrome finish, creating a coordinated control area for contemporary bathroom projects.

Four shut-off functions allow multiple shower controls to be arranged within one cohesive trim design. This configuration can support a shower layout with several dedicated functions, depending on the selected thermostatic valve and plumbing arrangement. Compatible outlets may include a hand shower, rain shower, body sprays, or other shower functions. Individual shut-off control helps keep the operation of multiple outlets organized while allowing the overall installation to remain visually consistent.

The Alpha collection takes a modern approach to bathroom hardware through its combination of defined geometric forms. The square and round elements create contrast within the trim without making the design overly decorative. This makes the set suitable for contemporary, transitional, minimalist, and other refined bathroom environments where shower controls need to complement the surrounding fixtures and finishes.

Brushed Black Chrome gives the SR3492BBC a deep metallic appearance with a subtle brushed texture. Compared with traditional chrome, the darker finish provides a more distinctive visual option for bathrooms incorporating dark fixtures, modern cabinetry hardware, stone surfaces, or minimalist fittings. It can also be coordinated with black, brushed nickel, or warm metallic accents when several finishes are used throughout the space.

The trim set is particularly suited to custom shower installations, contemporary bathroom renovations, premium home projects, and condominium bathrooms. Its visible geometric styling can help create a unified appearance when paired with other Aquabrass shower components or bathroom hardware in complementary finishes. The darker finish can also contribute to a monochromatic or modern industrial design scheme without overwhelming the rest of the bathroom.

SR3492BBC is a trim set for a compatible thermostatic valve rather than a complete valve system. The appropriate thermostatic valve and other shower components must be selected separately according to the intended installation and required configuration. Compatibility with the selected Aquabrass thermostatic valve should be confirmed before purchase. Professional plumbing installation is recommended to help ensure proper fit, alignment, and operation.

Aquabrass offers this Alpha trim set in multiple finish options, including Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Black, Polished Nickel, Brushed Black Chrome, Brushed Gold, and Polished Gold. The SR3492BBC model specifically uses Brushed Black Chrome for customers seeking a darker, contemporary finish.

With its four shut-off configuration, distinctive square-and-round detailing, and Brushed Black Chrome finish, the Aquabrass Alpha trim set provides a cohesive control solution for multi-function shower installations. It offers homeowners, designers, and contractors a practical way to coordinate shower controls with the broader design of a contemporary Canadian bathroom.
