Vogt Kapfenberg TM.KG.1400 Wall Mount Lavatory Faucet Trim

The Vogt Kapfenberg TM.KG.1400 provides the visible finishing elements for a wall-mounted lavatory faucet, offering a streamlined approach to contemporary bathroom plumbing. Its single-handle configuration keeps the faucet arrangement visually simple while providing convenient control of water flow and temperature. By mounting at the wall rather than occupying the sink deck, the trim helps maintain a clear countertop and a refined, uncluttered appearance.

Kapfenberg is suited to bathroom installations using vessel, countertop, or undermount sinks where a wall-mounted faucet arrangement is desired. The concealed plumbing configuration places the required valve inside the wall, leaving the finished surface defined by the faucet trim. This approach can be particularly useful in modern residential bathrooms, powder rooms, hospitality environments, condo projects, and custom renovations where a coordinated architectural appearance is important.

The TM.KG.1400 is a trim-only product. A Vogt VE.1400 rough-in valve is required to complete the installation and is not included with the trim. Because the rough-in component is concealed behind the finished wall, compatibility and placement should be confirmed during the planning or construction stage. Proper preparation helps establish the intended wall-mounted configuration before the final surface and trim components are installed. Professional installation is recommended for new or modified wall-mounted plumbing arrangements.

Four finish options provide flexibility when coordinating the faucet with other bathroom fixtures and hardware. Chrome delivers a bright, reflective appearance that works with both traditional and contemporary interiors. Brushed Nickel offers a softer finish with a subtle textured character. Matte Black creates stronger visual contrast and complements modern bathroom palettes. Brushed Gold introduces a warmer decorative element for spaces featuring coordinated metallic accents.

Each finish is identified by its corresponding variant code. The Chrome version is TM.KG.1400.CC, while Matte Black is TM.KG.1400.MB. Brushed Nickel is identified as TM.KG.1400.BN, and Brushed Gold as TM.KG.1400.BG. Selecting the appropriate finish allows the faucet trim to coordinate with surrounding bathroom accessories, cabinet hardware, and other visible fixtures.

The single-handle format also supports a balanced visual layout above the basin without introducing multiple exposed controls. Combined with wall-mounted installation, this configuration can leave additional countertop space available around the sink for everyday items while maintaining a clean overall arrangement.

For a complete installation, confirm the desired finish variant and ensure the compatible VE.1400 rough-in valve is included in the project plan before ordering. The Vogt Kapfenberg TM.KG.1400 is intended specifically as the visible trim component, making it a practical choice for coordinated bathroom designs that use concealed wall plumbing.
