STYLISH S-312XG Undermount 25 inch Stainless Steel 16 G Single Bowl Kitchen Sink

Sixteen Gauge. Not Eighteen.

Most kitchen sinks are 18 gauge. That is the standard. It is thin enough to keep costs down. It is thin enough to flex under pressure. Drop a cast iron pan on an 18 gauge sink and you will hear it. The metal reverberates. The sound echoes through the kitchen. The STYLISH S-312XG is different. It is 16 gauge. The steel is thicker. The sink feels solid under your hands. It does not flex when you press on it. It does not dent when something drops. The difference is noticeable the first time you touch it. For homeowners in Toronto and Vancouver who cook often, this matters. For anyone who has owned a thin sink and heard the difference, the S-312XG delivers.

The Rear Drain That Opens Up the Cabinet

Open the cabinet under your kitchen sink. What do you see? A drain pipe in the middle. A garbage disposal blocking the left side. A tangle of plumbing that leaves no room for anything else. You shove a garbage bin in the corner. You stack cleaning supplies wherever they fit. The space is wasted. The STYLISH S-312XG uses a rear-positioned drain. The plumbing sits closer to the back wall. The center of the cabinet opens up. You can fit a larger garbage bin. You can fit a caddy for cleaning supplies. You can fit whatever you need. The cabinet becomes useful again. For homeowners in Calgary and Edmonton where kitchen storage is limited, this matters. For anyone who has struggled to organize the cabinet under the sink, the S-312XG changes the space.

The Deep Basin That Hides Your Dishes

You know the feeling. Guests are coming. The kitchen is a mess. Dishes are piled in the sink. You do not have time to wash them. The S-312XG has a deep basin. The depth hides the pile. The dishes are out of sight. The counter looks clean. The kitchen looks presentable. You deal with the dishes later. For busy professionals in Mississauga and Brampton, this matters. For young parents in Ottawa and Halifax who are juggling work and family, this matters even more.

The Soundproofing That Keeps the Kitchen Quiet

Stainless steel sinks are loud. Water hits the bottom and echoes. Dishes clang against the sides. The S-312XG includes advanced soundproofing. The sink features Stone Guard coating and thick rubber pads. The pads absorb vibration. The coating dampens noise. The sink sounds solid, not tinny. For open-concept kitchens in Winnipeg and Regina where the sink is visible from the living space, this matters. For early mornings when you are trying not to wake the house, this matters even more.

The 25 Inch Size That Fits Smaller Kitchens

Not every kitchen has room for a 33-inch sink. Condos in downtown Toronto. Apartments in Montreal. Smaller homes in Halifax. The S-312XG measures 25 inches wide by 18 inches front to back. That size fits standard 27-inch base cabinets. It provides enough room for washing dishes, rinsing vegetables, and filling pots. It does not overwhelm the counter. It leaves space for a cutting board. It leaves space for a coffee maker. The proportions work in smaller kitchens. If you want to compare other sizes, our single bowl collection covers a range of configurations.

The 10mm Corners That Make Cleaning Easy

Sharp corners trap debris. A sponge cannot reach into a tight 90-degree angle. The S-312XG uses 10mm radius corners. The curves are soft enough to clean easily but tight enough to look modern. The rectangular bowl shape adds a contemporary feel. The corners add practicality. No residue buildup. No scrubbing with a brush. Just a quick wipe and the sink is clean.

Where the S-312XG Belongs

The S-312XG works in condo kitchens, apartment kitchens, and smaller family homes. It works in renovations where the counter is already set. It works in new builds where the cabinet is 27 inches. The single bowl design handles large pots. The rear drain frees up storage. The 16 gauge steel lasts. If you are planning a kitchen update, our pull-down faucet collection includes fixtures that pair well with this sink.

What Installation Requires

The S-312XG is an undermount sink. It installs below the counter surface. The installation requires a solid surface countertop like granite, quartz, or solid surface material. The sink attaches to the underside of the counter with mounting clips and adhesive. The counter must be cut to match the sink dimensions. A professional installer or experienced contractor should handle the cutting and fitting. The sink includes a luxury basket drain strainer and mounting hardware. A licensed plumber familiar with Canadian code can complete the plumbing connections.
