KODAEN F55123-W10ATS MADISON Three Way Pressure Balanced Shower System – Kit 1

What Three Outlets Change About Your Shower

Most showers offer two functions. A rain head above. A handheld for detail work. That covers the basics. But what about body jets that massage your shoulders? What about a tub filler that turns the shower into a complete bathing space? The KODAEN MADISON adds that third outlet. You configure it based on your needs. Body jets for a spa feel in a master ensuite. A tub filler for a family bathroom. The choice belongs to you.

The pressure balanced valve sits at the center of the system. It monitors the ratio of hot and cold water pressure constantly. When a toilet flushes or a washing machine starts, the valve adjusts within seconds. The water temperature stays where you set it. No cold shocks, no hot bursts, no reaching for the handle.

The Solid Brass That Hides Behind the Wall

The visible components look polished and refined. But the real quality sits inside the wall. The valve body is solid brass. Brass resists corrosion from water exposure. It handles temperature changes without weakening. It maintains its structural integrity for decades. This matters because replacing a valve behind finished tile is expensive and disruptive. The brass construction prevents that scenario.

In Canadian cities like Calgary and Edmonton where water hardness varies, brass holds up better than zinc alloy or plastic. In coastal areas like Halifax and Victoria where humidity tests every fixture, the brass body resists the corrosion that affects cheaper materials.

The Rain Head That Covers More

The oversized rain head delivers wide, even coverage. Water falls across your shoulders and back instead of hitting one spot. The design rinses away stress after a long day. The even distribution means no weak spots in the spray pattern. Every part of your body gets the same water flow.

The geometric design language carries through the entire system. Clean lines, precise angles, and a modern silhouette. The MADISON series works in contemporary bathrooms where fixtures make a visual statement. The polished chrome finish reflects light and coordinates with standard fixtures.

The Handheld That Targets Pressure

The handheld shower adds flexibility. Rinse shampoo from a child’s hair. Wash the tub walls. Clean the shower enclosure. The handheld delivers pressure exactly where you point it. The ergonomic design fits comfortably in your hand, even when wet.

The handheld connects to a flexible hose that reaches where you need it. When not in use, it sits in a holder that keeps it secure. The holder positions the handheld for easy access without cluttering the shower space.

The Third Outlet That You Configure

The third outlet is what makes this system different. Connect body jets for a spa-like experience. Connect a tub filler for a complete shower and bath setup. The diverter controls all three outlets from one location. Switch between rain head, handheld, and the third outlet with a simple turn.

For homeowners in Oakville and West Vancouver planning luxury ensuites, body jets add a level of comfort that standard showers cannot match. For family bathrooms in Mississauga and Brampton, a tub filler makes bath time easier. The MADISON adapts to your needs instead of forcing one configuration.

What Comes in the Kit

The kit includes the rain head, the handheld shower, the pressure balanced valve, the diverter, and the shower arm. Everything is designed to work together from the start. No compatibility checks, no missing parts, no separate purchases. One order, one shipment, one complete shower system.

For a coordinated bathroom, pair this system with a wall mount vanity faucet from our collection. For additional fixtures, browse our bathroom accessories category for towel bars and robe hooks.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between pressure balanced and thermostatic valves?

A pressure balanced valve reacts to pressure changes and adjusts the hot and cold mix to maintain temperature. A thermostatic valve monitors actual water temperature and adjusts the mix directly. Pressure balanced valves are more common and less expensive. Thermostatic valves respond faster and hold temperature more precisely. Both provide protection against temperature fluctuations.

Can I install body jets with this system?

Yes. The third outlet is designed for body jets or a tub filler. Body jets require additional plumbing and mounting hardware. A licensed plumber familiar with Canadian code should handle the installation of body jets to ensure proper water flow and pressure.

Does this system include the valve body?

Yes. The pressure balanced valve body is included in the kit. The valve installs behind the finished wall, while the trim and controls mount on the surface. Confirm the contents list before installation to ensure all parts arrived.

What finishes are available for this system?

The MADISON comes in polished chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, brushed gold, and graphite black. Each finish uses a multi-layer plating process that resists tarnishing and corrosion. Check the product page for current Canadian availability.
