The House of Rohl 1005N 3/4-inch thermostatic rough-in valve controls water temperature for compatible ROHL and Perrin & Rowe shower trims. Separate volume-control rough-in valves and the matching trim are required.

Valve specifications

  • Flow rate: 12 GPM / 45.4 LPM at 60 PSI.
  • 3/4-inch NPT inlets and two 3/4-inch NPT outlets.
  • Solid brass construction with integrated service stops.
  • Extension kit and optional outlet plug included.
  • Bottom outlet is for a tub spout only.
