Aquabrass Montebello Round Trim Set for Shut-Off Thermostatic Valve R3049

The Aquabrass Montebello Round Trim Set provides a dedicated visible control solution for shower installations using a shut-off thermostatic valve. Model R3049 combines a round trim profile with solid brass construction and an included handle, creating a focused control component for bathroom shower applications. The trim is intended to work as part of a larger shower valve arrangement rather than as a complete valve assembly.

Solid brass construction gives the Montebello a substantial foundation for its intended bathroom fixture application. The material specification provides useful clarity when selecting visible shower control components, while the round trim format maintains a straightforward appearance around the control area. Its focused design is suited to installations where the shower controls need to remain visually coordinated without unnecessary detailing.

An included handle completes the visible control arrangement. Having the handle supplied with the trim set provides the physical interface required at the control location and keeps the visible components organised around the valve area. The round configuration makes the Montebello appropriate for shower projects where a dedicated circular trim style is preferred.

A key installation consideration is the requirement for an independent diverter or shut-off valve. The Montebello trim set does not include the valve required for operation. Specifically, the Aquabrass T12000 valve is not included with the R3049 trim set. Customers and installers should therefore account for the separately required valve when planning the complete shower system.

This separation between the visible trim and concealed valve components is important during both renovation and new-build projects. Before ordering, the trim and valve requirements should be reviewed together to ensure the selected components are appropriate for the intended shower control arrangement. The Montebello should be considered one component of the overall system rather than a complete shower control package.

The trim set is suitable for bathroom shower installations where dedicated water control forms part of the fixture configuration. Its round profile, solid brass construction, and included handle provide the primary visible elements needed at the control location, while the required valve and independent diverter or shut-off component are specified separately.
