Aquabrass CHICANE 2 Shut-Off Thermostatic Valve Trim Set SR3219

The Aquabrass CHICANE SR3219 provides the visible control components for a shower installation using a 2 shut-off thermostatic valve configuration. Built from solid brass and supplied with its handle, the trim set gives the control area a defined square round appearance while allowing the concealed valve components to be specified separately.

Solid Brass Construction

Solid brass forms the construction of the visible trim assembly, providing a substantial material specification for the shower control area. The included handle gives the installation its required operating component while maintaining the coordinated appearance of the CHICANE design.

The square round styling combines structured geometry with rounded details, creating a balanced appearance on the shower wall. Its defined form can be incorporated into bathroom renovations and new installations where the shower controls are intended to have a coordinated, contemporary look.

Finish Options

The CHICANE trim set is available in several finishes, providing flexibility when coordinating the shower controls with other bathroom fixtures and hardware. Available options include Brushed Black Chrome, Brushed Gold, Black, Brushed Nickel, Polished Chrome, Polished Gold, and Polished Nickel.

The selection includes both brushed and polished finishes, making it possible to choose a visible control finish that works with the surrounding bathroom design. Finish availability should be selected according to the specific project requirements.

Trim Set for 2 Shut-Off Thermostatic Valve

The SR3219 is intended for a 2 shut-off thermostatic valve arrangement. As a trim set, it covers the visible portion of the installation rather than supplying the concealed valve body.

The T12002 valve is not included with the CHICANE trim set. An independent diverter or shut-off valve is also required, so these components must be planned separately when preparing the complete shower configuration.

This separation allows the visible trim design to be selected independently from the concealed valve components. Before installation, the required valve, diverter or shut-off valve, and associated components should be verified for the intended shower arrangement.

Coordinated Shower Control

The combination of solid brass construction, an included handle, square round styling, and multiple finish choices makes the CHICANE suitable for shower projects where the visible controls need to complement the surrounding fixtures.

Rather than functioning as a complete concealed valve assembly, the SR3219 serves as the trim component for the specified thermostatic setup. This distinction is important when purchasing the product, as the T12002 valve is not part of the supplied trim set.
