Aquabrass CHICANE 1 Shut-Off Thermostatic Valve Trim Set SR3119

The Aquabrass CHICANE SR3119 provides the visible trim components for a shower control installation using a 1 shut-off thermostatic valve. Its square round design gives the control area a defined appearance, while solid brass construction provides the specified material for the trim assembly. An included handle completes the visible control arrangement.

Square Round Shower Control Design

The CHICANE trim combines square and rounded elements to create a distinctive appearance within the shower area. This styling provides a structured control detail that can coordinate with other bathroom fixtures and plumbing components.

The included handle forms part of the visible assembly and allows the selected finish to carry through the control area. The trim can therefore be incorporated into bathroom renovation projects or new shower installations where the shower controls are intended to have a consistent, considered appearance.

Solid Brass Construction

Solid brass is specified for the construction of the trim set. This gives customers a clearly identified material when selecting visible shower plumbing components for a bathroom project.

Rather than functioning as a complete thermostatic valve assembly, the SR3119 is a trim set intended to work with a separate compatible valve. This distinction is important when planning the complete shower control installation and selecting the required concealed components.

Valve and Installation Requirements

The CHICANE SR3119 is designed for use with valve T12001. The valve is not included with the trim set and must therefore be accounted for separately when specifying the complete shower control system.

An independent diverter or shut-off valve is also required. This additional requirement should be considered during project planning to ensure the complete shower configuration includes the necessary control components.

Because the visible trim and concealed valve are supplied separately, the SR3119 allows the trim appearance to be selected independently while the appropriate valve components are planned for the installation.

Available Finish Options

Several finish choices are available for the CHICANE SR3119, providing flexibility when coordinating the shower controls with surrounding bathroom fixtures and hardware. The available finishes are Brushed Black Chrome, Brushed Gold, Black, Brushed Nickel, Polished Chrome, Polished Gold, and Polished Nickel.

Brushed Gold provides a warm metallic appearance, while the remaining brushed and polished options offer different ways to coordinate the trim with the overall bathroom palette. The selected finish can be matched with other visible plumbing fixtures and hardware as required.
