Aquabrass MONTECARLO Round 2 Shut-Off Thermostatic Trim Set R3250

The Aquabrass MONTECARLO round trim set is intended for thermostatic shower installations requiring two shut-off controls. Its visible trim components provide a coordinated control area while the solid brass construction gives the assembly a substantial, durable material foundation. The set includes the handles needed for the trim, allowing the visible hardware to be planned as part of a complete shower control configuration.

Two Shut-Off Controls

The R3250 is specifically configured for a thermostatic valve with two shut-off controls. This arrangement suits shower layouts where separate shut-off operation is required. The two-control configuration helps define the function of the shower control area and provides a practical option for installations using the corresponding thermostatic valve.

Solid Brass Construction

Solid brass is used for the trim assembly, providing a sturdy material for the visible shower control components. For bathroom renovations and new installations, this construction offers a substantial feel while supporting a coordinated appearance around the control area. The material specification is an important consideration when selecting shower hardware for a long-term bathroom project.

Round MONTECARLO Design

The MONTECARLO trim set uses a round profile with a straightforward appearance. Its circular form keeps the control area visually clean without relying on unnecessary decorative detailing. The simple shape can coordinate with a range of contemporary bathroom styles and surrounding fixture finishes, making it suitable for refined shower installations where the controls need to maintain a consistent, understated look.

Handles Included

Handles are included with the trim set, providing the operating components for the visible control assembly. Having the handles supplied as part of the set helps maintain a consistent appearance across the trim rather than requiring separate selection of those visible components. The result is a more straightforward approach to planning the shower control hardware.

Valve Sold Separately

The MONTECARLO R3250 is a trim set rather than a complete valve package. The required T12002 thermostatic valve is sold separately and is not included with this product. This distinction is important when ordering, as the valve and trim serve different parts of the installation. Confirming the valve requirement before purchase helps ensure that the selected components are accounted for when planning the shower system.

Variable Finish

The finish for this model is listed as Variable, so no specific finish name is assigned in the supplied product information. This should be considered when coordinating the trim with other bathroom fixtures and visible shower hardware.
