Brizo RP62603 Virage® 5 1/2″ Wall Mount Shower Arm

The Shower Arm You Never Notice Until It Fails

A shower arm does one job. It connects the shower head to the wall. It holds the head at the correct angle. It delivers water from the supply line to the spray face. When it works, you do not think about it. When it fails, you cannot ignore it. A leak at the wall connection drips down the tile. A stripped thread prevents the shower head from attaching. A bent or corroded arm throws off the angle. The Brizo RP62603 Virage shower arm replaces that worn part with a precise fit and solid construction.

This matters in bathrooms where the shower head is a focal point. A new shower head on a worn arm looks unfinished. A high-end shower head on a cheap arm undermines the investment. The RP62603 matches the quality of the Brizo 87330 shower head it was designed for.

The 5 1/2-Inch Length That Positions Correctly

The RP62603 measures 5 1/2 inches from the wall to the shower head connection. That length positions the shower head at the correct distance from the wall. The water falls where it should. The head does not crowd the wall. The arm does not extend too far into the shower space. The proportions are designed for the 87330 shower head. They work together.

The 1/2-Inch NPT Threads That Connect Securely

The RP62603 uses 1/2-inch NPT threads. This is the standard thread size for shower arms in Canadian homes. The threads match the wall supply elbow and the shower head connection. The installation is straightforward. Unscrew the old arm. Wrap the threads with plumber’s tape. Screw in the new arm. Hand tighten. Attach the shower head. The process takes minutes.

Designed for the Brizo 87330 Shower Head

This is not a universal shower arm. It is designed specifically for use with the Brizo 87330 shower head. That compatibility ensures a precise fit. The angle is correct. The thread length is correct. The arm supports the head properly. If you have the 87330 shower head, this is the arm you need. Using a different arm may not position the head correctly or may not support its weight.

The Virage Design Language

The Virage collection draws from Old World wrought iron. The twists and flourishes find bold new expression in modern bathroom fixtures. The RP62603 carries that design language. The arm is not just a pipe. It is a finished piece that complements the shower head. The finish matches the Brizo Virage collection. The look is intentional.

What Installation Requires

The RP62603 installs on a standard shower arm connection. The 1/2-inch NPT threads match the wall supply elbow. The arm screws into place. The shower head attaches to the other end. No special tools are required. A licensed plumber familiar with Canadian code can handle the installation if preferred.

To complete the shower setup, consider a 1 Function Shower Systems configuration for a simple shower-only installation. For the shower head itself, browse our Shower Heads category for compatible options.
