Aquabrass Montebello Round Trim Set for 4 Shut-Off Thermostatic Valve R3449

The Aquabrass Montebello Round Trim Set is intended for shower installations that use a four shut-off thermostatic valve arrangement. It provides the visible trim component and includes a handle, while the required valve hardware is supplied separately. With solid brass construction and a round format, the set is suited to bathroom projects where the shower controls are specified independently from the valve.

Four Shut-Off Thermostatic Valve Control

The Montebello trim set is specifically configured for a 4 shut-off thermostatic valve. This makes its primary application shower installations where four shut-off controls are part of the planned plumbing arrangement.

The trim set should be considered as one part of the overall shower configuration rather than a complete valve system. An independent diverter or shut-off valve is required for the installation, so the supporting plumbing components should be reviewed when preparing the project.

Solid Brass Construction

Solid brass construction is a key specification of this trim set. It identifies the material used for the supplied trim component and provides a clearly defined construction specification for bathroom shower hardware.

The round trim format gives the visible control component its specified configuration while keeping the product focused on the trim portion of the installation. No particular finish is identified in the supplied information, so the finish remains variable and should not be assumed to represent a specific colour or surface treatment.

Included Handle

An included handle forms part of the Montebello trim package. This provides the specified control component alongside the round trim and helps clarify what is supplied when planning the visible shower hardware.

Since the set is intended for use with a separate valve, customers should review the complete component requirements before installation. This is particularly important for renovation and new-build projects where several shower plumbing components may need to be coordinated.

T12004 Valve Not Included

The T12004 valve is not included with the Montebello trim set and must be purchased separately when required for the intended arrangement. This allows the trim component and valve hardware to be selected as separate parts of the shower installation.

An independent diverter or shut-off valve is also required. Accounting for these components during the planning stage helps establish the complete plumbing arrangement before installation begins.

Shower Installation Application

For shower renovations and new bathroom installations, the Aquabrass Montebello Round Trim Set provides the trim component required for a four shut-off thermostatic valve configuration. Its solid brass construction and included handle define the supplied hardware, while the separate valve requirement clearly establishes what must be sourced independently.

The visible trim should be coordinated with the planned plumbing components to ensure the overall installation matches the intended four shut-off control arrangement. Reviewing the valve requirements in advance can also help avoid treating the trim set as a complete thermostatic valve package.
